At Prestige Decking Solutions we offer an extensive deck care and maintenance programme designed to keep your deck looking great at all times and in all seasons. All the timber used to create your decking is tanalith E treated, which means it will not need painting or staining to maintain its preservative qualities, and should last without any further treatments for approximatly 15 years, however whether your deck is timber, steal or plastic over a period of time as with all external features colour loss will occur and a degree of maintenance will be required to maintain its aesthetic appeal. We can offer a Deck care and maintenance programme from basic cleaning to a more intensified range of treatments to help protect, maintain and preserve the timbers natural qualities. If properly maintained timber decking should have a lifespan of at least 25 years.

In order to offer your decking maximum protection and keep it looking its best at all times, Prestige Decking Solutions can offer a number of products designed to offer protection against the elements and from foot traffic. Rain, frost and sunshine all cause wood to expand and shrink resulting in cracking, colour loss, blistering and flaking. As part of our service we can maintain your decking in a number of different ways, we do not just offer decking stains and oils, there are decking protectors, decking cleaner and restorer, anti-slip decking treatment, decking seal and extra tough decking stain designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and scuffing, but as you are aware before you can protect your deck with your chosen treatment it will need to be prepared and cleaned, we will wash, remove mould, algae and debris before applying any new treatments. It is also important that the products we use work well with the timber, therefore they will need to have
